Lynxpelt sat in the tree gazing at the pale moon. It was beautiful and graceful like Moonstar. He sighed, I love her so much, but she doesnt even notice me. He saw the black shadows creeping around the trees. The pine smell of the woods filled his nose. He stayed silent gazeing at the moon.
(Hawky moonstar doesnt love him but after a long time slowly starts to like him.)

Moonstar walked out of camp for her night walk. It wasn't exactly a walk, because half the time she stared at the moon. Just to hear it call her name. Just to hear what StarClan could tell her while she was awake. She heardrusteling above her as she passed by a tree. She scented the air and smelt a MoonClanner.
"Who's out there?" she called out knowing the cat wasn't a threat, but she did anyway. Just in case whe told herself.
(okay)

Lynxpelt saw the moon bounce briliantly off of Moonstar's pelt. "It's just me Lynxpelt" he sighed stareing at the moon.

"Oh. Hello Lynxpelt." she said. She looked up and saw him staring at the moon. He does that too? she asks herself. I thought i was the only one like that, crazy by the moon, but my name is Moon so i'm okay by that. She jumped up the tree to sit next to him as she always did when she saw someone from her clan around. If it was in the warriors den, elder's den, nursery, anywhere.

Lynxpelt's heart raced, and he moved his paws awkwardly, "Hello Moonstar, what are you doing out so late?" he looked at the moon calmly.

"I always take a walk out of camp at night." she said calmly. And to rid myself of any stress and Clan thoughts for a while. she added to herself. And to be with the moon i was named after. she thought, but...
"What are you doing out so late?" she repeated his question waiting for his answer. All the warriors were supposed to be asleep by now.

"Looking at the moon I do it every night, in this tree. I think about how my day has gone" he meowed, If only she knew the half of it he thought.

"Really?" All this time, she passed this tree. And only now saw him. After so many moons. "For how long?" she asked. He couldn't have been in this tree for so long that she couldn't notice him. Maybe...maybe they just came at different times and tonight they happened to come here at the same time.

"Even as a kit? Does anyone else know?" questions came on and on but she kept herself from asking to many. It was true that no one knows that she went out on nightly walks but she just... She couldn't think of how to finish her thought. She just...did go on mightly walks...just because.

"A few times as a kit, whe I realized how beautiyful the moon was." his blue eyes looked like shimering sapphires in the light. He carried a red rose with him everywere, it was in his jaws it looked like a perfect sene.

Moonstar understood this was a secret he must have kept from everyone, and she, the only one who knows now. No one, but she now, she thought after he said that. So she was the only one who knew... Moonstar couldn't ask him to stop, she did her walk which no one knows off, excepte Lynxpelt now. If she made him stop, she would have to make her stop, and she didn't want to do both. Let him gaze at the moon, she told herself, it might as well be his ruetine as it was hers. She stayed quiet thinking of what to say.

He meowed, "there is a better place over here, to look at the moon" he jumped of the tree gracefuly landing siletly. He looked up holding his rose waiting for her to follow.
